Ask us for the sources
Anything we claim on this site, on your report, or in an email. Name the line and we will send you where it came from. If we cannot show you a source, we will tell you that instead of talking around it.
Ask how the measuring works
Which assistants we ask, how the questions get chosen, how the score is worked out, what we do when an assistant will not answer. None of it is secret, and the method is printed in the footer of every report we send.
Ask about a plan
What is in it, what is not, whether it fits your kind of business, or whether you should start somewhere cheaper. We would rather tell you the free one is enough for now than sell you the wrong thing.
Tell us we got something wrong
A number that looks off, a business named that is not really a competitor, a fact about you that the report has wrong. We want to hear it. Every one of those is a defect in the product and we treat it as one.
Ask us to delete your details
Say the word and we remove what you sent us. You do not have to give a reason.
What happens next
Where your email actually goes
- It goes to one inbox, and a person reads it. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it.
- You get a reply from a person who has actually looked at your question.
- If it is a question about your own report, we open your report before we answer it.
- If the honest answer is that we cannot help, that is the answer you get.
