Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AI Says Who, a product operated by Zaheer Studio. By using the site or buying a service, you agree to them. We keep them short and plain on purpose.

What we do

We measure how often AI assistants name your business when buyers ask for a recommendation, and we deliver reports and, on the Monthly Plan, ongoing work. We measure through each assistant's official tools. This is close to what a real person sees, but it is not byte for byte identical, and we name the surface we measured on every deliverable.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any score, rank, ranking position, traffic level, or amount of money. AI answers change over time and are outside our control. We promise honest measurement, a clear plan, and, on the Monthly Plan, a set amount of countable work each month.

Payment

The Snapshot is free. The Report is a one-time fee. The Monthly Plan is billed monthly. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are handled by Stripe. Any refund terms for a specific service are stated at the point of purchase.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you are allowed to request work for the business you submit, and that the details you give us are accurate. For the Monthly Plan, you provide the access we need to do the work, as described in your agreement.
