We keep this simple. We collect the least we need, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
Only what the form asks for: your email, your business name, your website, your industry, how and where you sell, and what you tell us about your business. We do not ask for your name, and we do not ask for anything about your customers.
When you become a paying client we also keep the results of your scans: the questions we researched for you, what the AI assistants answered, and the reports we produced. We keep those because your score only means something when it is compared to the same questions month after month.
Where we keep it
In a private database that only we can reach, and in working files on our own equipment. The database is locked down so that nothing can read it from the public internet. We keep it in more than one place on purpose, so that a single failure cannot lose your results.
Why we collect it
To research your business, run the measurement, deliver your results, and contact you about them. That is it. We use your email to send your results and to follow up about your request. We do not use it for anything you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run: the company that hosts our website, the company that stores our database, and our email provider so we can send you your results. If you buy something, payment is handled by a payment company and we never see your full card details. We do not sell your information and we do not hand it to advertisers.
Running your scan means asking AI assistants the buyer questions we researched. Those questions are about your industry and they do not include your personal details.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back and want your history. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, or to delete it, at any time. Email info@aisayswho.com and we will take care of it.
